Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Operations Management

  • To take accountability & responsibility for all process metrics agreed with Clients.
  • To identify & highlight any risk & report it in a timely, open & appropriate manner.
  • To provide functional expertise & support team members in various areas especially in resolving queries.
  • Ensuring Documentation is all complete & approved by Stakeholders.
  • To ensure Internal quality controls are effective.
  • Ensure 100% back up for team-members.
  • Drive Efficiencies & identify improvement areas wherever possible.

Customer Focus

  • Developing initiatives, scheduling regular operational reviews in the process enhancing the quality of services to the Customers.

People management

  • Managing the team with the responsibility for mentoring & developing the potential talent pool.
  • Conducting regular one on one meetings with team-members & providing feedback.
  • Identify potential risks & challenges
  • and measures to mitigate them
  • Implementation of effective internal controls.
  • Drive Efficiencies & identify improvement areas wherever possible.
  • Managing the team with the responsibility for mentoring & developing the potential talent pool
  • To manage, motivate & appraise the performance of the team.
  • Ensuring discipline, professionalism & caring attitude within the team that helps build strong team.
  • Compliance of Metro Group Policies

 

Required functional skills

  • Relevant accounts payable experience.
  • Knowledge of Croatian language will be given additional preference.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
  • Knowledge of GMS application.
