SAP HR (Functional) – Senior Consultant

Reporting to

  • Team Lead

 

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Responsible for working with a team of SAP HR team for providing technical support and solutions
  • Need to interface with extended team members to ensure the highest quality solutions are delivered to our customers
  • Expected to be customer centric by bringing in customer’s perspective while designing, developing and testing solutions

 

Required functional skills

  • Required to be hands-on, bring innovative approaches that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better and cheaper solutions while reducing the time and cost to build SAP solutions and on-board with highest quality
  • In depth knowledge of SAP HR processes and best practices
  • Understanding of end to end HR processes leveraging SAP solutions
  • Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications as per the business needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences
  • Knowledge of Payroll process and Personal Cost Planning will be an added advantage
  • 4+ Years of experience in  SAP HR
  • Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation and/or 2 support projects
  • Design and problem solving skills, with an inclination towards quality

 

Needed Experiences

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field with MBA HR
